What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, proprietary blend of natural soy and food-grade paraffin wax to ensure a clean burn and maximum scent throw in every room.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar, usually about 2-3 hours.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unlit candles within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return shipping label.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
All of our fragrances are phthalate-free and formulated to meet rigorous safety standards, making them safe for household use when burned according to instructions.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely! Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, carefully clean out the jar with warm soapy water. Our jars are designed to be repurposed as planters, pencil holders, or storage.
